TWO FOR ME – ONE FOR YOU

When I was young, I was taken to see the movie - Darby O’Gill and the Little People (1959). At that time in my life I had few friends. So seeing the blatant cheating in the dividing of goods – Two for Me, One for You – left an impression. I had not encountered this type of cheating before.
Well, as I aged, that was rectified and I have encountered many cheaters, scammers and liars.
With the unbridled greed, lying and corruption of this regime, the movie came back to mind.
I remember during Trump’s campaigns, he touted the glory of using OPM.
OPM is OTHER PEOPE’S MONEY
At that point I was shocked not only that he said it, repeatedly, in front of cameras – but the total acceptance of this corruption by people at the rally. Perhaps they did not understand what he said. Perhaps they did not understand that he was talking about their money.
Now I am sure that Trump had many bad and evil influences in his life. I have no idea if he saw the movie Darby O’Gill and the Little People.
Even if he didn’t, he is performing his version of it. Most of what he does is not original. We are cast as the Little People. He had also upped the ante and reversed the order.
Hs is saying - 1.7+billion for me and nothing to you unless you break the law on my behalf. And, yes, it will by Other People’s Money – our tax money.
Funny there is all this money for him to pave and paint Washington D.C. gold; to tear down historic landmarks, and to wage wars of choice.
But when it comes to FOOD, HOUSING, MEDICAL CARE and HUMAN DECENCY – the money is all gone. Want to take bets that he will say that the prior administration did it?
